Latar Belakang: Penyebaran eksplosif penyakit coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) memiliki efek jangka panjang yang lebih kompleks. Salah satu efek jangka Panjang dan lebih banyak muncul setelah pandemic berakhir adalah post pandemic stress disorder (PPSD) dan post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Tujuan penelitian: Tujuan review ini adalah merangkum berbagai faktor risiko kejadian PPSD atau PTSD pasca pandemi pada wanita di berbagai kondisi. Metode: Tinjauan sistematis ini disusun berdasarkan PRISMA. Penelitian cross sectional. Mengukur faktor dari PPSD dan gejalanya seperti Stress, Kecemasan, dan gejala gangguan psikologis yang masuk dalam PPSD. Artikel terbitan tahun 2020 – Agustus 2024. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil review terdapat 9 artikel yang melibatkan  11.817 wanita dengan 3 kondisi yaitu: 6025 wanita hamil, 5134 wanita menyusui, dan 658 wanita yang menderita penyakit kanker. Berbagai faktor dapat mempengaruhi kejadian PTSD dan PPSD pada wanita, faktor dukungan keluarga, terutama pasangan dan social, pengalaman buruk selama COVID-19, masalah ekonomi dan faktor lainnya seperti pendidikan, pekerjaan, usia kehamilan, dan kondisi kesehatan mental sebelumnya. Simpulan: disfungsi keluarga merupakan indikator negatif kesehatan mental Wanita dan efeknya bisa terus terjadi setelah pandemic berakhir.
